This relaxing massage aides mothers in supporting these changes through every step of their incredible journey. Some of the many benefits of maternity massage include: stress reduction, increased relaxation, the reduction of swelling and strain on the body, decrease in muscle soreness and spasms, and restoring the body to its pre-pregnant condition.
